Refund & Exchange Policy
We hope you absolutely love your items from Wild Ever Boutique, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to make a return or exchange, we’re happy to help within the guidelines below.
Returns
Items may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in original, unworn, and unused condition, with tags still attached.

Items must be free of makeup stains, pet hair, perfume, or any odor.

Returns received after 14 days will not be eligible for store credit.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wildeverboutique@gmail.com.
We’ll gladly arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as quickly as possible.
Final Sale Items

All sale and markdown items are final sale — no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Items discounted 30% or more are considered final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we’re happy to accommodate if the item is still in stock.
How it works:

The customer is responsible for return shipping on the original item.

Once your item is received and inspected, Wild Ever Boutique will cover one exchange shipping cost to send the replacement item back to you.

Any additional exchanges beyond the first will require the customer to pay all shipping costs.
To ensure your exchange is processed quickly, please include the email address used at checkout and note the desired size or color on your packing slip.
